Overview

We are seeking a high‑calibre junior AI automation engineer based in the Philippines to manage and operate OpenClaw AI agent installations and oversee automated AI video content production systems.

This role is ideal for a technically curious candidate who is already experimenting with AI automation, agent frameworks, and AI video generation and wants to grow into a senior systems operator.

Your primary responsibility will be to build, operate, and improve OpenClaw-based AI agents that research topics, generate short-form video content, and distribute it across social platforms. You will also oversee the AI tool stack required to generate, edit, and publish content automatically.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain OpenClaw agent installations and workflows.

• Develop and improve automated AI content systems including research, scripting, video generation and publishing.

• Design AI automation pipelines integrating tools such as:

  • LLM APIs (OpenAI, Claude, etc.)

  • AI video generation platforms

  • API integrations

  • Automation tools and agent workflows

• Oversee automated publishing pipelines to platforms such as:

  • YouTube Shorts

  • TikTok

  • Instagram

  • X

• Continuously improve automation efficiency, reliability and scale.

• Work closely with leadership to design new AI agents, tools and automation capabilities.

Ideal Candidate

This role is intended for the highest calibre junior developer or automation engineer. You should already be experimenting with some of the following:

• AI agents / autonomous workflows

• OpenClaw or similar frameworks

• Python or API integrations

• AI video generation tools

• Automation platforms

You should also demonstrate:

• Strong curiosity about AI systems and automation

• Ability to independently research and solve technical problems

• Clear written communication in English

• Strong attention to detail and reliability

Note: Experience is helpful but demonstrated capability is more important than years of employment.

Salary & Benefits

Salary: PHP 70,000 – PHP 90,000.

Application Challenge (Competition)

This position is not a traditional job application. Instead, applicants must submit a short AI-generated video demonstration showing how they would build and operate our system.

Submission Requirements

A 20-second AI-generated video clip. The video should include:

• An AI avatar presenter

• A topic relevant to debt collection or payment disputes in Australia

• Designed for YouTube Shorts / TikTok format

• Example topic: '3 Signs an Australian Contractor Is About to Be Paid Late' – however feel free to discover your own topic relevant to construction debt collection in Australia. Be sure to create the best Avatar which will be suitable for Australian tradesmen engagement – males 25-40.

• The tone should be professional, engaging and suitable for Australian tradespeople.

A short written explanation explaining:

• How the video was created

• What AI tools were used

• How the process could be automated using OpenClaw

• What systems or resources would be required from the company to scale the process.

Submission Prize Pool

• The top five submissions will each receive PHP 3,000 for their work.

• The best submission will be offered the full-time position.
