A court freezing order needs the actual terms, not an online template

The bank account stops working
The bank tells you a court order affects the account. Obtain the complete order and urgent legal advice. Do not rely on a generic description found online to decide which assets or transactions are restricted. The specific document, any later orders and the circumstances need review before the business takes a step that may conflict with the court's requirements.
Provide the order, application documents received, bank correspondence and any stated hearing information. Include schedules and annexures. Record when and how the material reached you. If you only have a brief bank message, explain that immediately rather than waiting to assemble a perfect file. The adviser can identify what further documents are needed urgently.
The Judicial Commission of NSW explains that the form of a freezing order is important and complex. Its examples are not your permission to act. Other courts and actual orders may differ. Ask the lawyer to identify the operative restrictions, relevant parties and any exceptions in the order that actually affects you, rather than copying a clause from a public example.
Imagine a director hearing that a business account is frozen and assuming all personal and company assets are treated identically. The lawyer needs to read the order and identify the parties and assets it addresses. The example does not narrow or expand the restriction. It shows why an informal description cannot substitute for the actual court document.
Do not move transactions through another account, relative or entity to defeat a restriction. Explain urgent operational needs to the lawyer and ask about lawful options under the actual order and procedure. If the bank's implementation appears unclear, have the issue raised appropriately. The bank's interface and the court's wording may both need attention, but neither should be guessed at.
Maintain a clear copy of the current order and advice, with responsibility for monitoring further directions and hearings. Communicate authorised operational instructions to relevant staff without exposing unnecessary sensitive material. The priority is compliance and urgent informed action. A general online guide can help identify questions, but it cannot tell you what your particular freezing order allows.
