A bankruptcy notice relies on more than one judgment
Reconcile multiple judgments supporting a bankruptcy notice by tracking each court order, creditor identity and subsequent payments without double-counting or assuming one dispute answers all.

The notice total may combine separate orders
You receive a bankruptcy notice referring to more than one judgment. Give the complete papers to a lawyer immediately and prepare a separate record for each order. A combined total can hide different proceedings, payment histories and dates. Do not assume a disagreement or payment concerning one judgment necessarily answers every component of the notice.
Record each court, case reference, parties, judgment date and amount from the actual documents. Keep costs or later orders linked to the matter they concern. Identify missing papers for the lawyer to obtain. Do not create one undifferentiated ledger balance that makes it impossible to see which court decision supports a particular amount.
AFSA's guidance says more than one judgment owed to the same creditor can support a bankruptcy-notice application. Ask the lawyer to assess the actual combination and requirements. The general guidance does not determine whether your notice is valid. A numerical match alone is not a substitute for reviewing the orders, parties and procedural history.
Imagine two judgments in the notice and a later payment referencing only one case. The creditor's summary appears to apply it differently from your records. Mark that discrepancy and provide the payment evidence. Do not subtract the amount twice or assume the payment reduced whichever component you prefer; the actual treatment needs clarification and legal assessment where disputed.
If you believe an order was changed, stayed or otherwise affected, give the lawyer the supporting document and current status. Do not rely on an intention to challenge it or an old draft. Explain which judgment the issue concerns, so a problem with one part does not get lost inside a general statement that the entire account is wrong.
Ask the lawyer to confirm the urgent response while the reconciliation continues. Preparing the schedule does not itself comply with or challenge the notice. Its value is a traceable explanation of the combined amount and its supporting orders, allowing advice to address the actual components instead of treating several different court debts as one unexplained number.
